2. About Our Services
Little Angels Pet Clinic provides the following veterinary services in Chennai:
- OPD (Outpatient Department) consultations from ₹299
- 24/7 emergency veterinary care
- Professional pet grooming from ₹199
- Pet boarding (dogs from ₹549/night, cats from ₹459/night)
- Home vet visits from ₹299
- Lab tests and diagnostics
- Vaccinations, deworming and preventive care
All services are provided by qualified veterinary professionals at our clinic located at 1/398, Ground Floor, BMR Mall, Navallur, OMR Chennai 600130.
3. Appointments and Bookings
- Appointments can be booked via our website form, phone call or WhatsApp
- Walk-in consultations are welcome for OPD — no appointment needed
- Booking confirmation is subject to availability and will be communicated via phone or WhatsApp within 15 minutes
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances
- Please arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
- OPD consultation starts at ₹299. Final charges may vary based on the examination findings and treatment required
- Grooming prices start at ₹199 for a bath. Full grooming at ₹999. Tick treatment from ₹1,499
- Boarding rates: dogs from ₹549/night, cats from ₹459/night. Long stay discounts available
- Home visit consultation from ₹299. Vaccination at home from ₹599 with no extra consultation charge. Sample collection at ₹199
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, UPI and card payments
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price
5. Cancellation Policy
- OPD and home visit appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by calling or WhatsApping us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time
- Boarding bookings require 24 hours advance notice for cancellation
- No-show appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion
- Emergency appointments are non-cancellable once confirmed
6. Pet Owner Responsibilities
As a pet owner using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your pet's medical history, current medications and known allergies
- Ensure your pet is appropriately restrained during clinic visits for the safety of staff and other animals
- Inform us of any behavioural issues or aggression tendencies before appointments
- Keep vaccination records up to date — especially for boarding services
- Ensure your pet is free of infectious diseases before boarding
- Be present or available by phone during home visit appointments
7. Medical Disclaimer
While our veterinarians provide professional medical care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for any treatment or procedure. Veterinary medicine involves inherent risks, and treatment outcomes may vary based on the individual animal's condition, age and response to treatment.

8. Boarding Terms
- Pets must be vaccinated (Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus) to be eligible for boarding
- We reserve the right to provide emergency medical care to boarded pets if required. Associated costs will be billed to the owner
- We are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions that manifest during boarding
- Personal belongings (bedding, toys) brought for boarding are at the owner's risk
- Long stay discounts are available at our discretion and must be confirmed at time of booking
9. Home Visit Terms
- Home visits are subject to availability and area coverage
- A safe environment must be provided for our veterinarian during home visits
- Our vets carry standard equipment — complex procedures requiring clinic facilities cannot be performed at home
- Travel time may affect exact arrival time — we will communicate any delays via WhatsApp
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Little Angels Pet Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, images, logos and design elements are the property of Little Angels Pet Clinic and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission.
12. Governing Law
